All returns must be requested within 10 days of purchase.
You are entitled to a refund or an exchange when the bottle has been returned with contents intact and unused. Return requests will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. A return label will be emailed to you to send the product back once it’s approved. Refunds will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All products/sales purchased during a Blue Moon Hemp Special Promotion are FINAL, and are not subject to Blue Moon Hemp’s standard refund/return policy. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale/promotion of product, below the currently advertised MSRP.
