(7/8/24) I’ve ordered many times and have always been very happy with the whole process. Not sure what’s going on with this order but I still haven’t received it yet. Shipped on 6/12 – tracking info has not been updated and I have emailed 3 times (6/23, 6/27, and 7/3) without any communication back. I know it was a holiday week and am still planning on ordering again – but I would like to get some kind of update on the status of this order and/or a refund if possible. Thanks.
