I’ve used this for about a month now and it helps the pain I have in my knee, it helps keep the pain down to where I can still work.
I think it works better for me than the tincture I used under my tongue.

On steel and concrete 10+hrs a day, probably walk more than 10 miles a day with steel toes, rub this heavily salve before work and before bed, on every sore muscle, shoulder neck, foot, hands, just everywhere, it works! Will continue to use always.

Love this salve! I’ve been religiously using BMH products for awhile now…the gummies and tinctures. I have back and knee issues, and although the gummies and tinctures help immensely, it is also nice to have a salve to rub directly on my trouble spots when they crop up….awesome product! I was in disbelief with everyone telling me how good CBD salve is. It always seemed people were hyping this up only for me to try it and be disappointed. This was not the case! This thing helps with cuts, bruises, burns, back pains, etc. I love it and will use nothing else going forward. I suggest anyone reading to give this a try, it WILL NOT disappoint.
