There are multiple ways to earn Moon Bucks points:

You can earn points with every order. You will earn 100 points for every 1 dollar you spend.  You will also earn 1,000 points just for registering. Additionally, you will earn 500 points for reviewing a product, 500 points for joining our mailing list and an additional 1,000 points after placing 10 orders.

You can spend your points on anything you buy at bluemoonhemp.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to add points to previous registrations. Points only apply to customers that registered and purchased on or after 07/01/2019.

You must have a minimum of 25,000 points before you can use your reward. Here’s how it works, if you have 25,000 points you will receive $25 off. And you can use partial points – Example: if you have 40,000 points, you may choose to only use 30,000 points for a $30 discount. The remaining 10,000 points will stay in your account while you accumulate more points.

Yes absolutely! You can choose to enter how many points you wish to redeem during cart/checkout. Just remember the minimum is 25,000 points.

Your points can be added to your orders. If you choose to redeem your points for discount, your points will be deducted from your account at checkout. You cannot earn extra points on orders that use your Moon Bucks points. The amount of points from your order will be reduced by the value of the point being redeemed.

Reward Points are are used to get discounts on future purchases. You need to have a minimum of 25,000 points in order to use the points for a discount.

To apply your points, just go to the cart or checkout page, click the “Apply Discount” option and enter the amount of points you wish to use. This option is only available when the minimum of 25,000 points has been reached and you must be logged in to your account.

To check your points balance you can visit your account page and select the points tab. You can also see your points balance at the checkout.  You must be logged into your bluemoonhemp.com account for your points balance to show up on your order.

Yes! You can choose when you spend your points by applying the number of points desired at cart or checkout once the minimum of 25,000 points has been reached.

Point balances can be split or used on different orders, however points cannot be used in combination with additional discounts, coupons or promotional offers.

You have two full years to spend your points! Moon Bucks points only expire after 2 years. Points can only be earned and spent on bluemoonhemp.com.

Besides earning points for purchases, you can also earn points for reviewing a purchased product. Additionally we give you points when you register for a bluemoonhemp.com customer account and for joining our mailing list.  And we double the points in certain promotions and will introduce other ways to earn points in the near future.
