In response to the letter issued by the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control – ATC www.atc.la.gov/ regarding Blue Moon products Flan, Black Kat and Red Devil being listed as having a “controlled substance”, i.e., THC in our formulations, we have been in contact with the legal counsel of the ATC to have us removed from this list. An in-person meeting with Commissioner Juana Marine-Lombard is being scheduled in the near future, in an effort to correct the record.

Blue Moon Hemp uses CBD Crystalline with a THC level of “Trip Zero” or .0001. That is NonDetectable under any testing protocols. We have used the same Kentucky vendor since our inception in 2016 and continue to use this product as we believe it to be the “Gold Standard” in the industry. All of our products and formulations use this CBD and no THC has ever been

found in any of our internal or 3 rd party tests.

It is our belief that when the ATC is convinced to re-test the remain sample with a complete spectral analysis, the results will reflect what we already know to be true – that Blue Moon Hemp products have “ZERO” THC and we will be removed from the “Banned Substance” list.

Blue Moon Hemp has sold over 1,000,000 bottles of product and have never had a customer test positive for THC based on consumption of our formulations. We have discontinued sales of these items into the State of Louisiana pending resolution of the matter.
