The second order that I sent into Blue Hemp turned out great, no complaints whatsoever.
The first order really didn't sit well with me but I will give them another chance. I ordered a 1g Jack Herer disposable vape and I realized I didn't get it after my second order arrived. Waiting another day or two I decide to get a hold of customer service. I emailed using their website on Wednesday Nov 6 at 11:30AMish and I did not get a reply back until Monday Nov 11 at 11:57AM, outside of their 24-48 hour response time stated on their website. My concern goes deeper as they let me know that what I had ordered was out of stock and being phased out to the 2g model. That's fine and all, but WHY DID I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU TO GET MY MONEY BACK? This should've been an automated process but because it was not, I believe I would never have gotten my money back if I never emailed them. Ordered Oct 30 and this did not get resolved until Nov 12.
After writing this, I decided that I will not be giving them a second chance.
